System Center Service Manager 2012 not compatible with System Center Operations Manager 2012 Agent

Recently I came across a issue when trying to deploy the Scom Agent onto the SCSM servers. The SCOM agent is not compatible with SCSM due to some of the executables being the same. The workaround would be to use the Agentless Managed configuration .
