Exchange Server 2010 is now supported on Server 2012. So for current users, yes you can migrate over to Server 2012 and for all those wanting to Exchange 2010 why not deploy Exchange to Server 2012.
To install Exchange 2010 SP3, you will need to download Exchange SP3 from the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=36768
Then its a simple case of installing Exchange like on Server 2008/R2 versions. No gotchas or tricks…..
